Olbas Oil is a mixture of pure plant oils for the relief of bronchial and nasal congestion and hayfever by inhalation, and for symptomatic relief of muscular pain by application to the skin.
Children from 3 months to 2 years: 1 drop on a tissue an inhale the vapours
Adults and children over 2: 2 to 3 drops on a tissue and inhale the vapours
As a rub to relieve muscular pain
Adults and children 12 and over: massage into painful area 3 times a day.
